ALL our BodyScene General Fitness Programmes include the following:

• General Fitness Assessment at your home or chosen location. (online screening and assessment with Online Coaching Programme)
• Personal Trainer Sessions according to individual Programme Packages at your home or chosen location, including warm up, training techniques and PT assisted stretching.
• Progress Pictures – before, during and after photos. (uploaded by client with Online Coaching Programme)
• Personal Workouts with access to our online training facility via iOS/Android or Web, with technical videos and your own calendar-reminder system.
• Comprehensive Customised Fitness Programme working on all aspects of fitness, including body fat, core strength, muscle mass, cardiovascular fitness and flexibility.
• Professional Trainers at your service.
• Fitness Journal to record your progress.

10 x 1 Hour PT – Conditioning Programme – €750 (ie: €75 per session)

30 x 1 Hour PT – Optimal Fitness Programme – €2100 (ie: €70 per session)

60 x 1 Hour PT – Super Fit Programme – €3900 (ie: €65 per session)

Monthly membership is €480 per month(i.e. €60 per session) giving you 8 sessions per month (12 months contract)

**ONLINE TRAINING PRICES**

• €650 for 10 sessions (i.e. €65 per session)
• €1800 for 30 sessions (i.e. €60 per session)
• €3300 for 60 sessions (i.e. €55 per session)
• Monthly membership is €400 (i.e. €50 per session) giving you 8 sessions per month (12 months contract)
